Users may stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account or requesting data removal will permanently remove stored medication schedules and related information. Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Refund Policy

- Unused subscriptions
- User inactivity
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to cancel before renewal
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for payments already processed. If a billing error has occurred, please contact support for review.
