3. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and Telegram's Terms of Service when using MedPillReminder. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

MedPillReminder is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, or diagnostic tool. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency assistance. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions. You remain solely responsible for your health, medication usage, and treatment decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Verify medication schedules before relying on reminders
  • Use the Service lawfully
  • Maintain the security of your Telegram account

You acknowledge that reminder delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including Telegram availability, internet connectivity, device settings, and third-party infrastructure.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process payment. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law, MedPillReminder does not provide refunds for:

  • Used subscription periods
  • Partially used subscriptions
  • Unused subscriptions
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • User inactivity
  • Accidental purchases

Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previously processed payments.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process only the information necessary to provide Service functionality. Users may delete their data at any time using the built-in account deletion functionality.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedPillReminder shall not be liable for: missed reminders, medication errors, health outcomes, indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Users may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
