Warunki korzystania
Ostatnia aktualizacja: July 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Warunki korzystania ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MedPlaner (the "Service") — including the Telegram bot, Mini App, website, and related features.
By starting the bot, opening the Mini App, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Polityka prywatności. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
MedPlaner is an AI-assisted medication planning and reminder tool that operates inside Telegram. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
- Medication reminders and push notifications
- Treatment schedule management (9 schedule types, including intervals, meal-linked, PRN, titration, and courses)
- Voice and text input with AI parsing and preview-before-save confirmation
- Adherence tracking and statistics
- Caregiver Monitor — optional read-only visibility for people you invite
- Mini App dashboard for schedules, settings, and reports
- Paid subscription features processed via Telegram Stars
Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. The free tier currently includes one active medication with access to core features; paid tiers expand limits as shown in the bot or on the website.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must have a valid Telegram account and comply with Telegram's Warunki korzystania. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and for all activity conducted through it.
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and, if acting on behalf of another person (such as a family member), that you have appropriate authority or consent.
4. Medical Disclaimer
MedPlaner is not a medical device, healthcare provider, pharmacy, or emergency service. The Service:
- Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- Does not verify prescriptions or check drug interactions
- Does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
- Does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered at exact times or that you will take medication correctly
You are solely responsible for your health decisions, medication use, and treatment compliance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately — do not rely on the Service.
AI-generated schedule suggestions are drafts only. You must review and confirm every schedule before it is saved.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Enter accurate medication and schedule information to the best of your knowledge
- Verify all AI-parsed schedules before confirming them
- Confirm time zone and notification settings are correct
- Use the Service lawfully and not misuse, reverse engineer, or overload its systems
- Not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content
- Keep caregiver invite links confidential — anyone with a valid invite may see adherence data you authorize
Reminder delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including Telegram availability, device settings, network connectivity, Do Not Disturb modes, and third-party infrastructure failures.
6. Caregiver Monitor
Caregiver features are optional. As a patient, you control who receives access via invite tokens you generate. You may revoke access at any time.
Caregivers receive visibility into adherence status for linked patients. Caregivers must use such information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and the patient's wishes. The Service does not mediate family or caregiving disputes.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription purchased through Telegram Stars. Pricing, duration, and plan limits are displayed before purchase inside Telegram.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Telegram to process payment according to Telegram's payment terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date through Telegram's subscription management tools.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively alter a billing period that has already started, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Polityka prywatności. You may export or delete your data at any time — see Instrukcja usuwania danych.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial medication planning and reminders.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as medication names you type). You grant us a license to process that content solely to operate the Service.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications with or without notice. Beta or experimental features may behave unpredictably.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for missed doses, incorrect schedules, health outcomes, or reliance on reminders
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for data loss except where caused by our gross negligence and not recoverable through your export rights
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free tier
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Service from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if continued provision becomes impractical or unlawful.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including medical disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing provisions) will survive.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Where permitted, disputes should first be raised via support@medpillreminder.com so we can attempt good-faith resolution.
