MedPlaner is an AI-powered medication planner and reminder service that lives inside Telegram. No App Store download. No separate account. Describe your treatment in plain language — by voice or text — and get reliable reminders on every device where you use Telegram.
The Problem
More than half of people with chronic conditions do not take medications as prescribed — not because they do not care, but because life gets in the way. Complex regimens with multiple drugs, changing doses, meal-linked timing, and sequential courses are hard to track with a simple alarm clock.
Traditional pill reminder apps often require filling long forms for each drug, downloading yet another application, and learning a new interface. Most do not handle titration schedules, PRN cooldowns, or family monitoring out of the box.
Our Approach
MedPlaner meets you where you already communicate. Open the bot, describe your treatment naturally — for example: "Antibiotic three times a day for seven days, then vitamin D every morning" — and AI builds a structured plan with preview cards before anything is saved.
Unlike form-heavy apps, you can plan parallel courses, sequential chains, and mixed schedule types in a single message. If AI parsing does not match your intent, 32 templates and a manual wizard cover all nine schedule types without AI.

MedPlaner is a reminder and planning tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, check drug interactions, or provide emergency services. Always follow guidance from qualified healthcare professionals. AI suggestions are drafts — you confirm every schedule before it goes live.
How We Compare
Apps like Medisafe or MyTherapy are mature pill trackers with large user bases and native mobile apps. MedPlaner focuses on a different workflow: conversational AI planning inside Telegram, complex schedule types without form fatigue, and optional caregiver visibility — without another download.
