Caregiver Workflow

Step 1: Patient Generates Invite Link

In MedPlaner, go to Settings → Caregivers → Invite Caregiver. A unique invite link is generated.

Step 2: Patient Shares the Link

Send the link to your caregiver via Telegram, email, or any other channel. The link is single-use and expires after 24 hours for security.

Step 3: Caregiver Accepts the Invitation

The caregiver opens the link in Telegram. They see: "You've been invited as a caregiver for [Patient Name]. Accept?" They tap Accept.

Step 4: Set Permissions

The patient confirms the caregiver's access level:

• View only: Caregiver sees adherence dashboard, medication names, and schedules. Cannot make changes.
• Manage: Caregiver can also create and edit medication plans.

Step 5: Caregiver Dashboard

The caregiver sees a unified dashboard with:

• Traffic-light adherence status (green/yellow/red) for each medication.
• Daily adherence summary.
• Missed dose log.
• Active plan summaries.

Step 6: Alert Configuration

The caregiver can configure when to receive alerts: after 1, 2, or 3 consecutive missed doses. Quiet hours can be set to avoid nighttime notifications.

Revoking Access

At any time, the patient can go to Settings → Caregivers and tap Revoke next to a caregiver's name. Access is removed immediately. The caregiver receives a notification that access has been revoked.
