Data We Store

• Your Telegram user ID (numeric, not your username or phone number).
• Medication names, dosages, schedules, and instructions you enter.
• Confirmation logs: which doses were taken, snoozed, skipped, or missed.
• Language preference.
• Timezone (auto-detected from Telegram).

Data We DO NOT Store

• Your name (unless you choose to set a display name).
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Medical records, diagnoses, or health history.
• Your contacts or chat history beyond MedPlaner interactions.
• Location beyond timezone.

GDPR Compliance

MedPlaner is GDPR-compliant. Data is stored in the European Union. You have the right to:

• Access — export all your data as JSON.
• Rectification — edit any plan or setting.
• Erasure — delete all your data instantly from Settings (no support ticket required).
• Portability — export your data in machine-readable format.

Data Deletion

Use the /delete command or the Settings menu to permanently erase all your data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. See the Data Deletion page for details.

Encryption

Messages between you and MedPlaner are encrypted via Telegram's MTProto protocol. Data at rest is encrypted on the server.

Server Location

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

Third Parties

MedPlaner does not share data with third parties. No advertising SDKs. No analytics services that collect personal data. No data sales.
